The swelling varies from person to person, but usually the second or third day is the most severe, and about a week later, the swelling begins to slowly disappear.

So what should we keep in order for removing swelling a little faster?

1. Do not neglect the foment!

On 3~4 days after the operation, lightly apply an ice pack. From the 5 day after the operation, usually apply hot pack.

The important thing in the foment is applying lightly! It's my precious nose! We should go easy on this!

2. Goodbye Glasses!

At least 3~4 weeks do not stimulate your nose.

Sometimes there are those who are armed with masks and glasses when visiting the hospital for treatment, but NO WAY!

No artificial stimulation because nose is not in place yet.

3. Please pay attention to stitches and tapes.

Breathe in the nose 

There are someone who touch the tapes or stitches because it's difficult to breathe after surgery. However, do not touch tapes or stitches, including gauze, until you remove them from the hospital.

4. Raise your head!

Please use the pillow for a while and refrain from bowing your head for a long time though it will be uncomfortable.
