At Regen, we use the Dual Plane method. This method is processed upper breast surgery appropriate for the thorax conditions and breast shape by adjusting the position of the implant by a double-stripping method. 

01. Dual Plane Method step 1

02. Dual Plane Method step 2

Case of pectoralis major muscle resection along the breast line, but the pectoralis muscle and the contact surface of the wired construction is exfoliated a bit more than the first step because the muscle effect moves up. This is effective for correcting breasts that are too sunken and sagging. It is often processed through nipple line or underline of breast surgery.
